Whether you’re looking to capture a hotel, Airbnb, interior space, product or culinary brand, my aim is to make the entire process feel thoughtful, professional and tailored to your goals.
Step 1: Enquiry & Conversation
You’re welcome to get in touch with a brief, a general idea, or just an initial thought.
We can arrange a relaxed chat to explore your needs, timeline, visual goals and brand personality.

Step 2: Quote & Booking Confirmation
After we’ve clarified the scope, I’ll send over a detailed quote.
To confirm your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your shoot date.
“You’ll also receive a photography agreement that outlines the deliverables, timeline, usage rights and payment terms — so everything is clear and aligned.”
Step 3: Pre-Shoot Planning
Leading up to the shoot, we’ll fine-tune all the creative and logistical details — including concept, location, schedule, props, styling and brand elements.
“You’re welcome to share references, moodboards or past materials. If you’re still shaping the visual direction, I’m happy to guide the process.”
Step 4: The Shoot
On the day, my approach is calm, structured and responsive to the flow of the space or scene.

Step 5: Final Payment & Delivery
The remaining 70% balance is due within 7 days after the shoot, and must be completed before final image delivery.
You’ll receive high-resolution, fully edited images via a private gallery or direct file transfer, along with any agreed licensing documentation.
All images are delivered clean, consistent and ready to use across web, print, social or press.
