HOW TO BOOK

Booking Process

A gentle and thoughtful experience, from first message to final delivery.
Whether it’s a wedding, portrait, couple session or creative shoot, I aim to make the process feel calm, clear and personal.
From the very beginning, I’m here to chat, guide and listen — you’re always welcome to reach out, at any point. There’s no need to wait for a specific step or meeting — this journey is something we create together.
  • Step 1: Enquiry & Optional Chat
You’re welcome to send through an enquiry, or we can arrange a relaxed conversation to get to know each other a little better.
The more I understand your story, the more honestly I can capture it.
“While a pre-shoot meeting is optional, you’re always encouraged to message me anytime — whether it’s questions, ideas, or a bit of reassurance.”
  • Step 2: Securing Your Date
To secure your booking, a 20% deposit is required.
This deposit is non-refundable, but fully transferable — meaning if you need to reschedule, I’m happy to move your booking to a new date (subject to availability).
Once your date is secured, I’ll send over a simple photography agreement so everything is clear and aligned.
  • Step 3: Final Payment & Preparation
We’ll go over all the lovely details before the shoot — locations, timing, outfits, mood, and any personal touches.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session, which completes your booking.
  • Step 4: The Shoot
On the day, just bring yourselves. I’ll guide you gently and naturally, so that the session feels easy, honest and reflective of who you are.
  • Step 5: Image Selection & Delivery
After the shoot, you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can choose your favourite images for final editing.
Your finished photographs will be delivered within the agreed timeframe — ready to keep, revisit and share.
💬 This isn’t just a booking — it’s a collaboration, and I’m here for you throughout.
💡 Photography is about more than just images. It’s about trust, connection, and capturing the little things that matter most.
